Fayth Franzoy Gillespie
Fayth Franzoy Gillespie launched Tactica Strategies in early 2023. A proud Southern New Mexican, she has created a firm that serves its clients with the grit, benevolence, and hospitality that shape the Southwestern way of life.
Fayth comes from strong agricultural roots, growing up in a farming family known for green and red chile. She earned a Master of Agriculture in Agribusiness from New Mexico State University, where her graduate research focused on measuring and evaluating consumer trust in the food production system, from farm to table. The research was funded and utilized by the New Mexico Department of Agriculture and in 2020, her work led to the publication, Examining Consumers' Trust in the Food Supply Chain, in the Journal of Applied Communications.
Fayth has spent much of her career representing the energy industry. She has worked in community engagement, public affairs, and marketing. She prides herself on her ability to find common ground among uncommon alliances and enjoys helping others make meaningful connections.
Fayth is an ardent believer in the importance of giving back to the community and serves in various other roles. She is active as an NMSU alumna, not only in her position as Chair of the Sam Steel Society Council, but also by serving as a mentor for students, judging for various competitions, and avidly supporting the NMSU NAMA Team. Additionally, she serves on the New Mexico Farm and Livestock Bureau Foundation Board of Directors, the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico Board of Directors, and the Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest Board of Directors.
Johanna Hernandez
Johanna Hernandez joined the Tactica Strategies team in early 2024. Originally from Southern Arizona and now proud to call New Mexico home, Johanna is known for her thoughtful approach, organizational skill, and ability to manage complex projects with clarity and care.
She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from New Mexico State University and will soon begin her Master’s in Data Analytics at NMSU. Her academic and professional journeys reflect a consistent commitment to continuous learning and to creating systems that serve people more effectively.
At Tactica, Johanna supports a wide range of initiatives across the energy, education, and agriculture sectors. She plays a vital role in coordinating conferences, retreats, and outreach efforts that bring together educators, policymakers, and industry leaders. Her work spans everything from logistics and stakeholder engagement to drafting formal communications and preparing evaluation materials.
In essence, Johanna approaches every assignment with integrity, professionalism, and a deep belief in the value of connection. She is passionate about expanding opportunity in rural and underserved communities and remains committed to building a career rooted in service, strategy, and impact.
Katrina Franzoy
Katrina Franzoy joined the Tactica Strategies team in late 2025 as an Associate Consultant and Operations Manager.
Katrina comes from the private club industry, where she developed a keen eye for curating elegant experiences. She leverages her expertise in specialized service to provide tailored event management services.
Katrina is a proud New Mexico native and a 4th generation Aggie. She received a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management and is actively pursuing a Master of Business Administration to further strengthen her strategic and business capabilities.
In addition to her personal endeavors, Katrina is active in her community, through her role in the local nonprofit gymnastics’ organization.
Dixie Franzoy
Dixie Franzoy launched Tactica Strategies alongside Fayth in early 2023, contributing an instinctive talent for diplomacy and cross-species communication.
Originally from a small but lively litter and now proudly based in New Mexico, Dixie is known for her gentle demeanor, attentive listening skills, and ability to foster harmony across diverse environments — whether among humans, animals, or the occasional delivery driver.
As Director of Inter-Species Relations, Dixie plays a vital role in maintaining a warm and welcoming office culture. She excels in greeting visitors, monitoring activity around the workplace, and providing emotional support to team members during busy seasons.
Dixie remains active in her community outside of the office. She advocates for regular outdoor engagement, supports local parks through frequent visits, and volunteers her time offering comfort and companionship to anyone in need of a tail wag. She brings joy, levity, and an unwavering sense of loyalty to the team, reminding everyone that meaningful relationships often begin with a simple act of kindness...or a friendly nudge.
